I did not get a letter, can I still book an annual service?
Yes, every year we send out letters and emails to customers who purchased new equipment or responded to our annual service plan within the last 2 years. We do not however limit the annual service to our recent customers. If you didn't get a letter you can still book an annual service with Powercut. It's best you call us first to confirm that we can service your machine.
When can I expect my machine to be serviced?
Due to the huge number of people who sign up to the annual service program for the winter season, a detailed schedule is planned by our service manager who in turn will organise machine services by regional groups. The annual service programme will last for many months over winter and into the new season. Contact our service manager for more information about when we will be in your area.
What is covered in my John Deere Warranty?

How long is my John Deere Warranty?
Domestic machines have 2 years parts and labour. Commercial machines vary between 6 months and 2 years. Having your machine serviced before the warranty expires gives us a chance to check over the machine and attend to any warranty issues that we may find. The specific term of your John Deere Warranty is printed on your warranty statement which was delivered at the time of purchase. For full details please refer to the Powercut Warranty Statement.
What machine types can you service?
Powercut service a huge range of machinery from handheld equipment to golf & turf equipment.
